El Institute for the Future of Education es un instituto que pertenece al Tecnológico de Monterrey con el objetivo de crear, desiminar y aplicar innovación educativa basada en la investigación para mejorar la educación superior y el aprendizaje a lo largo de la vida.

CALL
To be part of the IFE LAUNCH 2024 program: entrepreneurs with prototypes and MVPs from all countries in the world who are at early stages whose products and services improve education at the level of Higher Education or Lifelong Learning with intention and potential for growth in the Latin American or US market.
The IFE is an institute belonging to Tecnológico de Monterrey. Its objective is to create, develop, and apply educational innovation based on research to improve higher education and lifelong learning.
Fortalecer el ecosistema de emprendimiento Edtech y la generación de impacto económico y social en la región, a través de la atracción de innovadores interesados en transformar el ámbito educativo, para apoyarlos y guiarlos en el desarrollo de soluciones edtech, desde la validación tecnológica hasta lanzamiento en el mercado.
Para lograrlo el IFE desarrolló IFE LAUNCH, es el programa de aceleración internacional para EdTechs en etapas temprana que busquen solucionar retos educativos en Educación Superior y/o Aprendizaje a lo largo de la vida. El programa ofrece la oportunidad de validar la tecnología con la infraestructura del Tecnológico de Monterrey, además de conectar con el ecosistema de Silicon Valley e inversionistas.

Challenge to be addressed
GOALStrengthen the Edtech entrepreneurship ecosystem and generate economic and social impact in the region by attracting innovators interested in transforming education and supporting them in developing edtech solutions, from validating technology until market launch.
To achieve this, IFE developed IFE LAUNCH, an international acceleration program for EdTechs in early stages that seek to solve educational challenges in Higher Education and/or Lifelong Learning. The program offers the opportunity to validate the technology with Tecnológico de Monterrey infrastructure, connections with the Silicon Valley ecosystem, and investors.
Cualquier persona o equipo, nacional o extranjero, que cuente con un emprendimiento podrá participar en la convocatoria; siempre y cuando cumpla con los siguientes requisitos:
- LLENAR EL CUESTIONARIO DE CONVOCATORIA EN LA SECCIÓN DE ANEXOS (Se deberá descargar el cuestionario, llenarlo y subirlo en esta plataforma).
- El equipo deberá registrar el proyecto en la Plataforma The Next Decade (TND). Al registrar el proyecto, deberá identificarse claramente el nombre completo del líder del proyecto.
- Enfoque del emprendimiento: Educación Superior y Aprendizaje a lo largo de la vida.
- Etapa del emprendimiento: Primeras ventas o producto funcional.
- Interés en levantar inversión o abrir el mercado de LATAM o US.
- Documentación para viajar a México y US.
- Mayor de 18 años.

Who can participate?
Any person or team, national or foreign, that has a business may participate in the call; as long as it meets the following requirements:- FILL OUT THE EXCEL FORM IN THE ATTACHMENTS SECTION (You must download the form, complete and upload it to this platform).
- The team must register the project on The Next Decade (TND) Platform. When registering the project, the full name of the project leader must be identified.
- Entrepreneurship Focus: Higher Education and Lifelong Learning.
- Entrepreneurship stage: First sales or functional product.
- Interest in raising investment or opening the LATAM or US market.
- Documentation to travel to Mexico and the US.
- Older than 18 years old.

Conexión con el ecosistema de Silicon Valley. Viaje a Silicon Valley del 21 al 25 de octubre para conocer inversionistas y visitar empresas de tecnología. Además participar en el evento de TechCrunch Disrupt 2024 del 28 al 30 de Octubre.
- Conexión con ecosistema de Monterrey. Viaje a Monterrey para participar en el IFE Conferences, uno de los eventos más importantes de innovación educativa en LATAM.
- Validación de tecnología. Proceso de experimientación con recursos, profesores(as) y alumnos(as) del Tecnológico de Monterrey.
- Stand en el IFE Edtech Summit 2025. Punto de encuentro y conexión entre startups, inversionistas y expertos(as) en innovación educativa. 28 al 30 de enero 2025.
- Bootcamp de medición de impacto. Capacitación presencial en temas de teoría del cambio, instrumentos de medición y comunicación del impacto por expertos(as) del Institute for the Future of Education.

The benefits of participating in the program are:

Connection with the Silicon Valley ecosystem. Travel to Silicon Valley from October 21 to 24 to meet investors and visit technology companies. You could also participate in the TechCrunch Disrupt 2024 event on October 28 - 30.
- Connection with the Monterrey ecosystem. Travel to Monterrey to participate in the IFE Conferences, one of the most important educational innovation events in LATAM.
- Technology validation. Experimentation process with resources, teachers, and students of the Tecnológico de Monterrey.
- Stand at the IFE Edtech Summit 2025, a meeting and connection point between startups, investors, and experts in educational innovation, from January 28 to 30, 2025.
- Impact measurement boot camp. Experts from the Institute for the Future of Education will provide in-person training on the theory of change, measurement instruments, and impact communication.
En caso de ser seleccionados los emprendedores(as) y equipos tendrán el compromiso de asistir a los viajes programados y sesiones en línea y mentorías.
